Staffing

When your project starts, we will assign an official Project Manager (PM) and Technical Lead (TL) as most appropriate for the project. A weekly status meeting will be scheduled and run by the PM to cover tasks completed in the previous week and those scheduled from the next, and be available to address issues during business hours. The TL will be available to you should the project require deeper technical communication with your team.

Progress

Once the base project starts to take functional shape, we will deploy updated builds on no less than a weekly basis to a temporary server managed by OpenRain. Changes will be covered in status meetings and demoed as appropriate. Upon final project completion, we will provide a final project deliverable with all relevant code or other materials developed under our agreement.
