Staffing

When your project starts, we will assign an official Project Manager (PM) and/or Engineering Technical Lead (TL) as most appropriate for the project. A weekly status meeting will be scheduled and run to cover tasks completed in the previous week and those scheduled from the next, and be available to address issues during business hours. The OpenRain Engineering staff will be available, as well, should you require deeper technical communication with the entire project team.

Once the base project starts to take functional shape, we will deploy updated builds on no less than a weekly basis to a temporary server managed by OpenRain. Changes will be covered in status meetings and demoed as appropriate. Upon final project completion, we will provide a final project deliverable with all relevant code or other materials developed under our service agreement.

We are happy to provide technical training as well.
